I am not too big of a fan about how the minis now rotate rather than all being available at once

I completely agree. Before SAW, all the minis were available to buy from the shop at any point. Now you have to WAIT for the specific one(s) you want to be available.

I'd rather it be like
They only show up in the shop at mini ranch (thematic) but they make up a lot of the shop there (by all being there)
