I think we could add em tho, cause for starters, they're somewhat similar to dragons which have been recently added to the game. Also, since dinosaurs are extinct, and there's lotsa theories and myths surrounding them, you could get creative and give lore to support the creation behind super dinos aswell, genetic modification truly has no bounds.
below are two examples of dinosaurs i think would be cool in-game, the Sinornithosaurus, and the Triceratops.

yes, dinos would be a great idea :D, maybe a prehistoric theme pass with accurate dinos and other creatures that lived alongside them would be cool, we dont tend to get those much in games, altho spinosaurus would be hard to implement due to it constantly changing lol
