hi @polar lagoon sorry for your issue ! We tested your save and we weren't able to reproduce your softlock. Can you please send your logs ?
you can find your logs here (make and archive of the whole folder) :
%Appdata%/../LocalLow/Ishtar Games/The Last Spell/Logs
(You'll have to copy this path in your windows explorer (or the execute panel that you can open with the Windows Key + R))
Do you have any more details about what you were doing when the softlock occurred? Or something that could help us reproduce it? Thanks in advance.
