Based on the progress bar shown in the screenshot, it suggests close to 300HP which if you look at my hero with 545HP, around 300 is from base HP and gears, which doesn't include the 207HP from Organic Armor perk.

Also I just noticed the armor from Back Protection is factored into the conversion of Organic Armor as well, which is considered "temporary" HP?

I tried using Organic Armor to unlock it too, and Save&Quit and reloading the run makes it available to unlock
