Training points

Let EFA and above (anybody that doesn't need any points to rank up anymore) have the ability to give one of their own poins to anybody at the end of a training, given they have at least won either combat or faces. For the person receiving the point, they cannot get more than 3 points so they must only win one part of the training to be eligible.

To ensure work is still being done on the receiving side, a point can only be awarded if the receiving user has won one part of the training.

There would of course be additional rules to prevent certain loopholes.

no, points are meant to be earned through actual personal work

not through being given some by an efa who attended a training with you

yes, but this is only a single point and as I edited on the description there'd be additional rules to prevent getting points repeatedly

it shouldn't be seen as a lazy act it should be seen as more of a gift you know

the purpose of points is to lead to your promotion as you develop yourself as an asset to the corporation

not to give you free points

this suggestion basically goes against the entire core concept of the group

Im going to be honest, this makes no sense because they have to earn their points to rank up and this could be way too exploitable
