#Allow Officer+ to shout their own trainings as a last resort

It was noticed that a lot of trainings this week were delayed, cancelled or have started late because of the unavailability of a Unit Captain. While I understand this is a core duty of UC+, it should also be understood that this delay and cancellation wastes the time of the host, cohost, and personnel awaiting the training. These trainings are scheduled many hours if not days in advance, and plans are made around them, all to be cancelled because no one is available to copy-paste a message.

So as a last resort, perhaps 10-15 mins of no response from UC personnel, I suggest Officer+ continue by allowing them to shout the training. I understand this has been suggested in the past, and the reason for its denial was that this is one of the duties of a UC, hence the idea that if all options are exhausted, officers should not have to cancel.

nah let them shout their trainings or make it an automated thing where all UC+ have to do is push a button that posts the training shout once accepted shrug_cadet_aegis

Theres genuinely no good reason why they cant shout their own
