idk how it happened, I have a feeling it involves bad ping and like maybe letting go of the grapple before it starts grappling or something

this also happened to me before on pisky so its not a tower exclusive bug

also you can see near the end it only allows you to do it for so long, if i had to guess it stops after 30 seconds
