Add a new weapon scanner system in booths. This could help prevent wastelander's who have been either accidentally marked (without divisional notice) or marked without clicking a bin.

I think if whoever is doing bins is too incompetent to make sure that the wastelander doesn't have any weapons, then the wastelander deserves the ability to keep their guns lol
