Well there isn't really any room for new divisions as of now so new duties are kind of difficult to add and almost all the exsisting divisions have abilities that require you to be on PC

like for CQC, MDF covers that for long range combat, STHD covers that, for VIP protection thats obv PKSF, for dealing with rulebreakers we have SC and for researching and infections we have ARD. The only one we dont have is like engineering which will become AED soon
