alright so its kinda self explanatory, its just a ballistic shield, it has 200 HP, bought for 250 ingots in roseweld, im suggesting this so F2P raiders can tank a 1S shot so they dont die instantly, although takes a considerable amount of time to unequip and equip (there should be an animation where player takes shield from back or puts shield on back (no, the ballistic shield wont be susceptible to damage nor will it protect the player from the back when unequipped) okay so when the player equips the shield, their other tools will be hidden until they unequip it to prevent a flaw in the equip/unequip time, the niche is that it wont cover the entire body, it will curve near the arms and legs and exposes them slightly, so if your aim isnt on point then you unfortunately arent getting a free kill, also slows movement speed by 2 (16>14) the player can slightly sprint (14>15) but their body will tilt very slightly, exposing their head aswell, you may ask: but is it one life or server life? you can only claim it once every 10 minutes from the roseweld ingot shop (good luck if you spawn in san dingo), but again theres another niche, you can only claim it 10 times before you need to pay up another 250 ingots

But having a pksf shield would require you to get cybernetics and ibh people can get to the reactor in under 5 minutes and seeing a bunch of wastelanders with pksf shields would nullify the whole point and uniqueness of pksf
I prefer one division to have access to a shield over everyone.

The 3c has far more dps then the 4hm. Its great for quickly killing a target in a mere second. It doesn't however have the capacity of spray and pray
