Add an emoji to #aegis chat

#aegis is the only visible channel without an emoji. Every surrounding channel has one (I guess except conference questions), so #aegis should follow suit and also have an emoji in the channel name.

officer and overwatch channels don’t either

So you can rapid scroll and find the main talking channels easily
