Access blocked to AEGIS Infection Guidelines document

I am unable to access the AEGIS Infection Guidelines document in the AA Discord server's rules and guidelines channel. Upon clicking the link that should lead me to the document itself, I am told to request access to it.

Update: I have confirmed that this is a problem unique to only the AA Discord server. The document can be fully opened in this server.
