The even will happen if raiders destory some generator or it will happen randomly. The event will feature read light flashing at the border and a sound will say facility faliure The event will feature a complete facility faliure where all the doors are unlocked for raiders and to fix it it will either take some time or some sort of replacing power cells in the facility. The event will also show on top of wastelanders screen saying Facility faliure so all raiders know that the facility doors are open. During the event AEGIS members can use the flashlight on top of the helmet to see what is happening and to defend the facility.

It's a cool concept but I feel like at its core this just kinda becomes any other raid event. The doors being all unlocked makes it easier for raiders but it's still your everyday raid event of raiders attack and aegis defend. Even if AEGIS restores power it's still kinda a raid event at that point just with less open doors
It can probably be modified where AEGIS are required to retrieve their power source from a wasteland stronghold or something, to make gameplay a bit different
Maybe add a threat of meltdown if not done in x time
