Alright. We know that STHD is the division that only grants you a sniper, an SMG, NV and ability to go out of the border or whatever. But sometimes the weapons and their arsenal aren't good enough, So here some things that STHD probably needs.

What they need :

  • Make NV to NV with Heat vision.
    It makes that STHD could see whether the enemies are behind a wall or the enemy is nearby. They also should make the NV that it can detect whether they are looking at their own allies or raiders since its dark you can't clearly see them. So basically like Heat vision with Night vision but you can only see the personnel when you are nearby them or you are scoping.

  • Make the sniper better.
    The sniper is pretty much worse than L11 and L11 is buyable as well. So why not make the sniper like L11 but make it more silenced and the scope can be zoomed in or zoomed out. Cause they are Hitman so they should make them a actual hitman. They should make the armor penetration more and they should ramp up their accuracy so when they are sniping from faraway, The accuracy is more accurate and it will 89% hit the raider.

  • Make them more agile when they are not carrying a weapon.

Okay. I know if these suggestion sounds VERY stupid or already been suggested. But STHD really needs a rework.

their ‘NV’ is split up into two parts; normal NV and heat vision

Basically STHD can activate it for a short time, it'll highlight everything that's walking, running or jumping for the duration of the ability, then have a cooldown.

If it was heat vision:

  • Signal would degrade over distance
  • Seeing structures around you would be much harder
  • No way to distinguish AEGIS / wastelanders
  • Maybe a limited time use
