move the mini door thing covering the down button on prison level in prison elevator to the sewer floor, because any operative lead down by SC can just go down to ARD labs, but not if the little door thing is blocking them from doing it (this is what i mean https://prnt.sc/H5w1Z9vKGlmU)

yea i age this should be moved to sewers cuz theres no point in having access to sewers as it just leads to a void
