Add an additional identification system in the chat for division personnel to help us identify them easily. For example: '[ARD] [AEGIS] [aquafoil]: hello!' This way, we can properly identify them in the chat. Additionally, please assign a color to the chat text according to their division, with 'ARD' displayed in purple.

This could be similar but [AEGIS] for divisionless and just the division for divisionals.
Chat text colour should not change.

I agree with this. I feel like it will make the chat look annoying and all you have to do to find a divisional is press tab.
For example booths say "contact aia" so you press tab, see a aia in it then report it to them.
Although AIAs probably not the best example for obvious reasons
