The SBLIZR-P140 could really use some tweaks for both teams or be made into a gamepass. During high intensity situations as experienced an hour before writing this post both sides enter a stalemate since neither side had the tool. A simple fix to make the capture the hill actually winnable is making a gamepass where you spawn with the tool or making it stay upon acquistion until the moment you leave the server. As a raider tonight we were unable to even think about getting the tool since it costs a lot (minimum two Shauny quests) and ARD were just camping towers presumably since they didnt have the tool.
