mainly sc deals with player reports so i think they know whenever they’re allowed or not
so can i just take a pic of an sc outside doing a player report but only ss him

i do agree that the "initiate on roof" player reports need to be substantiated with proof of protocol, but i dont think going back to the old days is how it should work, maybe one of the new protocol screens up on top of the roof elevator, and you have to be able to screenshot that protocol screen as well as the initiate
