Yeah no, if this was added, they'd also have to adjust the point system to match, so it wouldn't make much of a difference. If you want extra points, you can wait for a training to be hosted, where you get 1 point for full attendance and 2 extra depending on your performance.
Why not just do a 4 hour duty state instead of like 7 seperate ones?

I see how it is convenient for you but allowing this would have people ranking up way too quickly. Its useless if someone gets to, lets say, FA in a week
they'd lack the experience, and oversaturate other institutions like AOA and divsions
and as a net effect, greatly reduce the competence and capability of such institutions

Yeah you've made the suggestion purely based on what'd help you personally. I don't fault you, most people don't see past two steps in front of them. But looking at the group as a whole this suggestion simply has too many negatives and far too little positives
and so it basically wont happen

Spend effort in showing your dedication to commit to earning ranks to be eligible, show that you are spending effort into learning how the border operates and functions alongside its divisions during your career until you get to FA, where you can then prove in your AOA application what you've learned in the time you've spent dedicating yourself to AEGIS, during this time, you can also join trainings to better advance your skills with faces and combat, making you someone who'd be competent whilst interning divisions once you get into AOA.
Whilst duty states are capped to 2 per day, it honestly isn't too difficult to get to FA and beyond.
If you join a division, you get to have fun doing its duties, and on top of that, the time goes by way faster
If you perform well on trainings you can probably get it in a week.

I think there should be an option as “1 Hour duty state, Give 2 points and if you post it you can't post another duty state for the rest of the day”
It's like posting the classic two 30 mins duty state, but easier and quicker
