I would say not many people would turn up.

#

2 attendees:

#

Not to mention you remove most divisionless from attending.

#

I'm meaning most divisions consist of below FA so you loose that large part.

#

Also main issue yea being nearly no one will show up.

#

Most divisional members below FA

#

do you realize how little FAs show up during trainings

#

I think it would be a waste of time

#

this is good

#

i agree

#

but the problems still stand

#

there might be a consistent level of low attendees, and it wouldnt make sense to miss out on a huge portion of the playerbase

How about EO+ and divisionals

Useless

No offense

But pointless, useless, and a waste of time

#

bro they basically did this because of initiates-junior operative messing it up

#

and to be honest that didnt help much

#

its hard to counter the stupidity of some people, and this just isnt one way of solving that

the whole purpose of trainings is so operatives+ can rank up. FA is like the max rank (not really max but the rank where everything unlocks) FA’s from my opinion care less about points, which is why there are bare any FA’s during trainings.

As stated, the main purpose of trainings is for Operative+ to rank up. If the office is having a bad day they can set the training to like 1 strike and out, normally not many people get striked during training + its the trainings job to reinstate the formations ect.

There would be no point of a training if it didnt retrain, or train again on how to do something
