The conference team is used frequently by divisionals on patrol and similar expeditions. It only makes sense to allow those on this team to capture points for AEGIS. Currently we're forced to rely on someone with mod to team and unteam 1 person each time capturing is required. At times due to mod restrictions, we're reliant on someone not actually participating to do the teaming, which makes it even more of a hassle.
