pksf shield is nice for when you don't realize your shield is dead
helps raiders indicate if they've destroyed a pksf's shield, besides the later on effect of it disappearing
adds a nice effect to the game rather then the shield just disappearing upon destruction
work was put into adding this sound effect, it shouldnt be removed
also how is this a bug

well if the shield is turned on than it makes sense why it would still make sounds
