I've had occasions when i'd be organizing my inventory either after I die or when I just load into the game and i'd use my health kit on accident then I'd either have to reset and re-do my inventory or just fight the raiders and risk not being able to heal my self.

Just be more careful I guess, I've never really had that problem. And with the ability to save loadouts coming soon, this problem won't happen anymore
