My suggestion is this: In GULWC 2026, the national team squads should not include "Ultimate Talent" players. They should consist only of developed players.

The rule exists same as for clubs, maximum of 5 Ultimate Talents will exist per each national team.
1x per position
In some teams maybe there will not be any or in others there may be lack of certain positions.
In any case, formation setup will not force nor deny usage of 5 UT players per team.
Each team will have several formations but which can have different players in best 11, the game will fully control line up process for each national team.
Human hand will only look for faults and such, but the game system is one who will choose best line up for each team.
Everything will be taken in consideration, including limits for unique personalities, 8 different personalities boost and so on.
All teams should play under equal terms, avoiding disadvantages, of course as much as that is possible.
Strength of nations is not the same for all, some are much more developed like Germany for example or Poland.

How will maxed out UT's be chosen for the national teams then? If for instance there were 20 German ones you cant separate them by strength
