#Gufa challenge ??????

The "strength" allocation works quite well. The fact that you played with 100 strength (yours are around 50) is the result of selling players. Your opponent is selected based on the best 11 after the nightly update. If you have 100 strength (at 11:00 AM) and sell a few players (and are then 50 strength), and only then play 1-1 matches, you will continue to play against teams with 100 strength. Only the next day after the nightly update (50 strength must be registered in the system) will you play against teams with around 50 strength. Sometimes it's worth knowing how the "strength" allocation works in event matches, and not immediately assuming that they are "cheating" and unfairly assigning opponents.
I sold the players 3 days ago... I'm not assuming the word "Cheating". I'm assuming that lots of thing are not ok, but it never changes, because you take it personal. And my strongest team with 132, usualy plays with teams with 133 to 136, and most of the times loses... The gap on the top teams is not equal to the same gap to the teams with less strenght. (ex: 132 against 134 or more, you loose almost every match. 132 against 130 or less, till 120's, it tends to be 50%. That's why I said I prefer the old system, where my best team, sometimes had 50% victories, not 25% or 40%. And I'm playing this new system for some time, so I know what to expect.
I didn't say you were "cheating." Your statement only implied that the team selection system isn't working properly and that it's "cheating" when selecting teams. In my opinion, the team selection system is working properly.
I implied the word mess, and never the word cheating
And the team selection is not good. The gap in relation to the best teams is not proportional to the teams below with the same difference in strength
@hearty cove I suggest you to open a ticket to report the situation and send some screenshots with your teams and opponents
If today the same situation continues with your secondary teams...
Thanks! It still happens today with my Iapetus Team (4 or 5 matches...). Open a ticket is too complicated and is time-consuming. 👍
Hi,
Thank you for your feedback!
I understand that the current support system may give the filling that it is too complicated, however, if you mention that you want to create a ticket with the bot, you will be guided what information to provide, a short description of the issue, and then this will be reviewed by the support team.
While Discord is also a good place to raise awareness about a specific issue happening in the game, with a ticket to support, you get updates quicker and can also track the status of your ticket.
