Hello GU. I see that the threads in the Turkish forum have been removed. We can't reach our admin. As players in Turkey, we can't discuss feedback and missing information about the game. Do you have any ideas for resolving our communication issues? We, the ZİRVE GU group, are working to address this issue on Facebook. We provide information and sharing information with players. However, it's particularly difficult to answer questions about bugs. We are one of only three or four countries that are very active in the game. We kindly request that you restore our in-game communication rights.

Hi there,

Thank you for sharing your thoughts!

As announced in the TR Discord channel on September 23, the decision to close the channel was made due to low activity.

We understand this may cause some inconvenience, but we encourage you to continue engaging with the community through the available English Discord channels (communication there is in English).

For feedback, suggestions, and bug reports, please use our support portal: https://support.goalunited.org/en
.
You can ask questions directly to the AI bot in your own language. If the bot cannot find the right answer, or if you need to report a bug, you’ll be guided to create a support ticket.

Additionally, if you’d like to share new ideas or suggestions with us, you can do so via our roadmap: https://roadmap.goalunited.org/

We truly appreciate the passion and commitment of the Turkish community!

I understand your decision. Access to Discord in Türkiye is currently blocked by official decree. Officially, 80 million Turkish citizens cannot access Discord. Let's say this decision were to change tomorrow. Players would find no information upon logging in. Your decision is completely flawed. I suggest you reconsider. The Turkish section contains a wealth of historical information and posts. Furthermore, your statistics clearly indicate that Turkish players are entering more data into the Turkish section than into the national section. We are currently working to provide information about the game to Turkish players in our group. I have no problem reiterating this. We are available to answer any questions about the game, but we cannot respond to players when errors occur. I hope you restore the Turkish section.
