Bug Report Forum Information

This forum is the place to report any bugs surrounding our bots @somber rain and @gloomy nacelle.
If you have found an issue regarding the Discord server, you may report it here too.
When creating your report, please first read what should and shouldn't be reported in this forum, and check it has not already been reported by somebody else.
Please also check #status for known issues regarding downtime.

Your report should include as much detail as possible to help determine what is wrong and to help us to replicate the issue.
If your report involves personal information or is critical to the security of the bots, please DM me instead.

What SHOULD Be Reported Here

  • Commands or flags not behaving as intended
  • Documentation is inconsistent or incorrect e.g. typos
  • Commands relying on external services (e.g. Wolfram Alpha) having persistent problems
  • Any component of the Discord server not working as expected
  • Anything not listed on what shouldn't be reported here

What SHOULD NOT Be Reported Here

  • Bugs that are already known. Please check existing posts before submitting your bug report.
  • Proposals for changes to anything about the bots. Please use #1438488167870234756 instead.
  • Temporary outages for external services, unless issues persist after the outrage is resolved.
  • Discord API outages.
  • Bot downtime. If the bots are down for more than a few minutes please ping me directly in a channel instead.
