For me, any game in the Trails series. Pretty obscure jrpg series but awesome characters and character development. Not only do they have a great feelsy story, but the worldbuilding is amazing. It's a very well planned out world with places that mean something and lore behind them. The NPCs aren't just boring NPCs, they're people with names and little personalities. Makes it feel like you're actually in a fantasy world.

I loved the trails in the sky series... but found it hard to accept the rest
the strenght of the series is that you can spend 20h compelting the game... or 80h experiencing the game

mhmm, glad to see someone who also enjoyed trails in the sky. SC was one of the best experiences ever. Honestly I like cold steel a lot so far as well, just not as much as sky.
