check your obs settings

you need to toggle "capture third party overlays" in the game capture

if you have something like nvidia smooth motion, that might explain the flickering

i have that all toggled

i could stream gw2 without any problems even after newer patches

dont know why its not working anymore tbh

nothing changed on nexus end

you can try fiddling with the hook rate maybe
