Are my settings correct? Relic does not show up when activated. Parent categories have the same attributes.

What is the Trigger you're inheriting?

not on my pc right now but even when i use present or missing never shows up

The option you've got set to Inherit, you probably need to set that to the relic you're using. Inherit takes the trigger of the Group that the Icon is in.
