If anyone could help, im on generations and i cant get the 4U extradata even though its currently loaded on my console. I also cant access any of the downloadable content, coming up on a connection error message

I also get an "an exeption occurred" error message under exception type prefetch abort (svcbreak) with fault status "Debug event"
