If you've restarted multiple times and the error persists, unfortunately you will need to wait
This is a known issue and the devs are working on a fix, but no ETA for when the fix will be ready and deployed

@solar stirrup I think I've discovered something, I'd like for you to check something in your Wii U's settings for me please
Do you have 'Standby Functions' enabled at all? Do you recall seeing your Wii U showing an orange/amber light after turning it off?
