Unable to Create a Pretendo Account

Hello! I'm trying to create a Pretendo account, but I can't. Every time I try, I get the following error:

connect ECONNREFUSED 10.43.168.189:80

I've already tried different browsers, private mode, refreshing the page, and even a different internet connection, but nothing works.

Is this a known issue, or is there something I can do to fix it?
