Share the error code you're getting on your console
Not having your email verified is unrelated and can be done after linking your PNID

Bandwidth's got the solution for you there, but if you don't want to fight the embed and have step-by-step instructions instead, here they are

Open Nimbus and switch to Nintendo Network
Open the eShop and wait for it to fully load or error out
Close the eShop
Open Nimbus and switch back to Pretendo Network
Try again
