The malware was found only in the Ubuntu .zip version and the AppImage, if you downloaded either version of Cemu prior to May 6th, you should be safe
Although there's no sure-fire way to know as of now if you're infected with the malware, as far as I know, it'll be a good idea to keep tabs on Cemu GitHub issue #1911: https://github.com/cemu-project/Cemu/issues/1911

The infected versions of Cemu have been removed from the releases and known good versions have been restored
I know you said "nvm it's okay", but if you want to know more or next steps, you should probably check in with Cemu, as that is a different project which merely has support for Pretendo
