Hello!! I am a relatively new user to pretendo, but I made a mistake when creating my account. For starters, I was able to successfully create my Pretendo ID under the username "NovaPanPan", but I deleted it once I noticed I mistakenly put in the wrong username. As a result, this led to my account being deleted but the username now technically being taken. I tried to do the forget password as it's been weeks now since I used the service and I never felt the need to use it. However, it would freeze when I would request a password reset, but also when creating a new account under the same username, it would say that the PNID is already in use. Please help!

Update: I realize now that by deleting my account, I can NOT create a new ID under the same name given it has been more than a week, but I was wondering if there were any work arounds given the fact that the account was only up for a day or two.
