so, when i wanted to register, it said my PNID is already used right? that means theyre also using the email adress that i used trying to register an account. if im not mistaken, then i should get a email to reset my password because i used the same email that i tried to create an account with

No, that is not the case
The username you are trying to sign up with has been used by another user

No, your PNID should not be the same as your NNID

If you wish to use the same username as your NNID, change it in some sort of way where your PNID is distinct from your NNID, such as adding PN_ onto the start of it

It is also recommended to create your PNID on your console, not through the website

Yes, you can create PNIDs on your console, granted you've already set up your Wii U/3DS for use on Pretendo Network by either setting up Inkay/SSSL or Nimbus
Doing it this way will let you choose various user information settings which cannot be changed without the use of a Wii U using the Inkay plugin on Aroma

You'll need to wait for user information editing functionality to come to the website then if your birthdate being 01/01/1990 and your country/region being US on your PNID bugs you then
Although these settings do not matter on 3DS considering the only thing PNIDs are used for on 3DS is Miiverse/Juxtaposition, the 3DS used a different account system for online play

i can wait thats cool, how do i use the account on the 3DS tho? Nimbus just crashes (blackscreen -> home menu) anytime i select smth

Nimbus doesn't show anything after selecting a network option unless there's an error
Upon selecting a network, it will either reboot your 3DS or exit back out to the HOME menu, depending on if the chosen network is the one you are currently loaded on or not

#

For 3DS online play, you don't need to do anything other than select Pretendo in Nimbus and start playing
If you wish to link your PNID, you can do so in System Settings, Nintendo Network ID settings, from there your 3DS will guide you through linking

Nimbus doesn't change any text or graphics, so everything will refer to Pretendo Network as Nintendo Network and show Nintendo Network logos, but the Privacy Policy will be Pretendo's Christmas beta disclaimer
