You need to earn your Trusted rank to be able to access the voice channels and get embed permissions outside of support threads
You can check your progress towards them in #botspam with the /user-info command

You do not have trusted, I do not believe that your warning for violating rule 5 is the reason why you cannot access voice channels

And I believe that was before the Trusted role came into effect
Users still have to earn their Trusted role, it is likely we will not fast-track you to Trusted, you need to earn it
