This is not because you have not verified your email address, you would still be able to log into your PNID to enter the verification code on your console
If you are using SSSL, make sure that your DNS settings are set accordingly
If you are using Inkay, check your Aroma plugin settings to make sure you are booting into Pretendo Network

i‘m using sssl and i got a connection to the internet so the dns is correct but i cant make a user with a nintendo network id

This is the third time I've seen this happen, which isn't many but it's quite strange it's happened three times now
Primary DNS is 88.198.140.154
Secondary DNS, if you want your Wii U to still connect the internet in the event of a Pretendo DNS outage, may be set to 9.9.9.9 or any other public DNS of your choice
If you do not want your Wii U connecting to the internet in the event of a Pretendo DNS outage, leave it blank
