On your Wii U, tap the Mii icon in the upper left corner, then select the menu option that is called something like "Network service agreement & privacy policy". (In French, that might be called the Contrat Nintendo Network)
Then read the first line of the document to check which network you are connected to - Nintendo or Pretendo.
