So basically it's giving me this error when I try to connect to the internet and I tried a lot of different things in order to help I'm still just I'm defeated I tried a lot of stuff to try and fix it tried moving my console to the living room, I tried everything after accidentally reformatting my drive I just want to put everything back on there and it just wants to fight me every step of the way, can somebody please help me with this?

So what happens is when I click connect to the internet connections I go into my connection I do connection test, it does the first handshake with the network device so it's not the network card but it just says I'm on a proxy even though I'm not, my router does support the internet that the Wii U takes and right now my Wii U is really close to the internet just showing there really close to the router I can't express the closeness enough
