I wanted to create a pnid account for myself, BUT my 3ds says "this code is already in use" or something similar. I tried doing the same on the website, however this didn't work too. I thought I had already created an account and tried to log in, but that didn't work either. Website says "User not found". How!?

It's possible the account got deleted, in which case the username can't be taken again

"PNID already in use" means a Pretendo account exists, or has existed, with that username.
(edited to say that the email address is not taken into consideration for this.)
