My Miiverse won’t work. I linked my PNID account on my 3ds system (New Nintendo 3ds XL). Then I verified it with the code I was emailed. But no matter how many times I try I keep seeing this upon opening Miiverse. (Photo below) Could anyone help me?

I reinstalled nimbus but my nintendo network ID settings did reset.
