I just tried to log in to the website as well it let me log in so I don't understand why it's not working on my 3DS

Update: so I followed the form of when you get the errors and I followed those steps and now I keep getting the same error: 022-5432

Then when I keep redoing the same steps it still give me back the same error

so you have to switch to Nintendo first from Nimbus,open eShop, and switch back to Pretendo then it should be working now

When I switched to Nintendo it opens the eshop, then when I closed it to switch it back to pretendo, do I try to sign in now?
