Have you got both Enable loading external FIRMS and modules and
Enable game patching enabled in Luma3DS settings?

If you're on Pretendo, 002 0121 isn't a real ban. A real ban is 002 0102 currently.

Can you try reinstalling Nimbus?

Can you reboot your console and see whether you still get the error afterwards?

Those two usually are the common fixes we try to do.

Looking around at other threads and someone seemingly had this on both Pretendo and Nintendo. Can you make sure that's not the case?

Is Luma3DS on CTRNAND or SD?

You should see a piece of text in yellow on the bottom screen when accessing Luma3DS settings which will display where it's booted from
