try switching back to nintendo > launch eshop > exit > switch back to pretendo > try again
if that doesn't work
try switching back to nintendo > settings > nnid settings > exit > switch back to pretendo > change language to spanish > try again

no, the one you just made is your pretendo account

the pnid account you just made on the 3ds is your account
you can log into it on the pretendo website using the account info you used for the acocunt you made on the 3ds
