wondering if this is a config issue or not. how can i check connectivity between the network and the server manually? I have a hunch that my universities internet is blocking access to the server.

oddly enough friends list and all the request system all works, just wii u chat crapping out
another thing to note is this is happening across two wii u systems in the same residence hall
mine and my friends in the same residence hall are both throwing the same error which makes me think this is something network side rather than console side
