I have a lot of Swapdoodles stored locally on my 3DS, but they were made under my NNID, so when I’m on Pretendo they show up as Unknown Sender. When I go to view a note, my Mii appears but it says “user not in friends list”.
Is there any way to locally edit the save data to move the notes to my PNID?

It is theoretically possible but it requires changing the extdata save files.
The technical explanation would be: Notes are attributed by Principal IDs, and Principal IDs of users change when switching from Nintendo to Pretendo.
I along with a friend am working on a Swapdoodle file editor that would theoretically make this possible, I could add this as a feature if there's any interest. But I can't promise anything yet
