When i run https://dumplingapp.com/ and press launch dumpling. It gets to the white screen with the wii u logo but it stays like that and makes the dum dum dum music like do i just wait longer or keep trying. I've already tried it like 6 times.

and make sure you are not running in aroma firmware mode when doing it
hold R on boot to launch into normal firmware mode
