I have a feeling i may know what this is, check the 3ds folder, there should be a file in there called juxt-prod.pem

that may be the problem, it's a simple fix, just need to put the file on there, you can normally get it via the nimbus github but cause i had it already downloaded, i'll just post the file you need, this goes in the 3ds folder
